- First and foremost is the Rum Punch. A Caribbean beach bar staple, Elodias Anguilla makes theirs with three types of rum, plenty of fresh fruit juice, and a splash of Amaretto to top things off. You’ll be smitten from the start.
- When it comes to food, the choices are simple, delicious, and incredibly affordable. A variety of sandwiches (tuna, chicken, fresh fish) come with coleslaw and French fries. Barbecue plates come loaded with grilled chicken, ribs, shrimp, or the catch of the day. There is a hamburger, a cheeseburger, and a handful of salads. Our favorite, though, is the Mahi Mahi sandwich. Made with fresh, line-caught mahi, this sandwich is topped with fresh veggies and a zesty tartar sauce. Choose from sweet potato or regular French fries, and thank us later!
- After lunch, nothing aids the digestion (or shaking off one too many Rum Punches) like a walk along the pristine sands.
